Terms of Service — Zen AI News Publisher

What this is. Zen AI News Publisher is an internal publishing automation tool for the Zen AI News channel. It uploads AI-news and educational short-form video to social accounts that its operator has authorised. It is not currently a standalone commercial product, is not sold, and is not offered for use by the public.

Relationship to ZenZAgents. Zen AI News is an independent AI-news channel and this application is not currently a ZenZAgents product. These pages are published on this site, which is operated for Zen AI News independently of any ZenZAgents property. Zen AI News may in future publish promotional content, which could include ZenZAgents-related marketing.

1. Scope

These terms cover the Zen AI News Publisher application only. The application is operated by an individual developer, who is also the owner of the Zen AI News accounts it publishes to. Contact: shankerdevinane@gmail.com.

2. Authorised use

The application publishes only to accounts whose owner has explicitly authorised it through the platform's own OAuth flow.
It does not access, post to, or attempt to access any third-party account without authorisation.
It is not a general-purpose uploader and does not let arbitrary users post to unrelated accounts.

3. Responsibility for content

The account owner remains responsible for all content published to their account, including content prepared by this application. On TikTok the application uploads to the inbox/draft flow, so the account owner reviews each video before it is made public.

4. Platform rules

Use of the application must comply with the terms, policies and developer rules of each platform it publishes to, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Where these terms conflict with a platform's rules, the platform's rules take precedence.

5. API access and revocation

Access is granted by OAuth and may be revoked at any time by the account owner through the platform's settings, or by the platform itself. On revocation the application immediately loses the ability to upload or to query publishing status. No password is stored at any point.

6. Data

The application does not sell, rent, licence or otherwise trade data obtained through any platform API, including TikTok user data. Handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Provided as-is

The application is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability. It depends on third-party APIs that may change, rate-limit or become unavailable without notice, and it may be modified or discontinued at any time.

8. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the application. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised date at the top.
